1Cut the onion to thin slices. In a heavy bottom skillet and medium heat saute the onions with olive oil. when they start browning add the honey and cook for another 30 seconds.
2Brush the ahi steaks with the mustard and Macadamia Nut Oil. Cook the tuna in a grill pan over high heat for about a minute on each side. Once seared on the outside transfer the tuna to a plate. Grill the inside of the buns.
3Mix the shredded cabbage with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. To assemble the ahi burger on on bun place the cabbage mixture, slice of tomato, ahi steak and a scoop of caramelized onion. Top it with the second bun.
