1Grill the mahi-mahi and shrimp over high heat until cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

3In a medium size bowl combine together the mahi-mahi, shrimp with sweet onion,garlic
4freshly squeezed lime juice, sea salt, pinch freshly ground black pepper and 2 tablespoons Volcano Extra Hot Cajun Style Seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes
