1In a medium size stir fry pan heat 1 tablespoon butter. Add finely diced garlic, onion, and herbs. Cook over medium heat for about a minute. Add the wine and cook for 2 minutes to let the alcohol evaporate. Mix in the heavy cream. Combine with the mussels and cook for 3 minutes while stirring all the time. Cover the pot and cook until all mussels open.
