Crepes with Honey and Walnuts

Serving - 20 crepes

4 large size eggs

2 cups milk

1-1/2cup flour

2 tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon Kosher salt


1To make the crepe mixture add all the ingredients in a blender and mix for 15 min. once the mixture is ready leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight so you have the mix ready for Sunday morning breakfast.

2Heat a medium size crepe pan until hot. Lower the heat to low to medium and grease it lightly with butter.

3Pour some of the crepe mixture and tilt the pan in circular movement to coat evenly the whole pan. Bake evenly both sides of the crepe.

4You can serve them with drizzled honey and top with chopped walnuts. Roll it like a cigar.
