Eruption of flavors! Volcano Extra Hot Cajun Style Seasoning is a zesty blend of natural herbs, red and green chili peppers and spices.
½ lbs mahi-mahi, cut to pieces
½ lbs shrimp
2 tablespoons diced sweet onion
2 tablespoons diced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
pinch freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Volcano Extra Hot Cajun Style Seasoning
2 cups fresh tomatoes cut to small pieces
¼ cup fresh cilantro , diced
½ cup fresh red pepper, diced
juice of fresh lime
sea salt to taste
1Grill the mahi-mahi and shrimp over high heat until cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
2Serve them on a tortilla with chilled salsa and shredded cabbage
3In a medium size bowl combine together the mahi-mahi, shrimp with sweet onion,garlic
4freshly squeezed lime juice, sea salt, pinch freshly ground black pepper and 2 tablespoons Volcano Extra Hot Cajun Style Seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes
5To make the salsa combine all the ingredients and let it rest in a refrigerator.
